Users can cancel their active subscriptions or auto-renewal settings at any time directly through their payment profile dashboard or by reaching out to support.
2. Refund Guidelines
Since our offerings comprise digital products (online test series, immediate course video access, download-ready e-books), purchases are generally non-refundable once content is accessed.
3. Technical Errors & Double Debits
In cases of transaction failure where payments were successfully debited but subscriptions were not allocated, or in cases of double-debits, refunds will be initiated automatically to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
